The Metroplex Internet Ticketing and The Metroplex Apps Ticketing – tickets can be collected from any ticket kiosks at The Metroplex any time after purchase.

• All screenings offer free seating.
• The above discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
• Child tickets apply to children aged 11 or below.
• Student tickets apply to Hong Kong full-time students.
• Senior tickets apply to customers aged 60 or above.
• Concessionary ticket holders must provide acceptable proof of identity upon admission.
• All discounts apply to movie screenings only.
• The Film Festival will continue during all Typhoon Signals and Black Rainstorm Warning. If you cannot attend the show, please bring the ticket or the credit card you used for online or mobile ticketing transaction and go to our cinema box office for exchanging ticket with value the same or below the one you have purchased (per ticket) within 7 days. No refund of ticket, handling fee or ticket price difference is accepted.
• At the time of program announcement, most of the films have not received ratings from the Office of Film, Newspaper and Article Administration. In case a film has been classified as Category III, or changes of screening format, announcement will be made on The Metroplex website and What's New of Sundance Film Festival: Hong Kong website.
• The organiser reserves the right to alter or to cancel programs without prior notice.
• In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Ticketing and Admission Policy, the English version will prevail.
